How do I return?
- We do not do any exchanges. You will have to replace your order if you are making a return for a different size/item.
Due to every product being fulfilled as it's ordered, we only offer refunds up to 30 days after delivery with a 20% restock fee. However, if an item is defective/Bad quality or you received the wrong item, please email us at Customerservice@sneakeroutfits.com with your order number and billing address.
- If we send you the wrong item we will issue you a refund after item is sent back to us.
